About the Firm
Mission
I believe financial planning is about more than growing wealth—it's about faithfully stewarding the resources God has entrusted to each of us. My mission is to help individuals and families pursue financial confidence through thoughtful planning, disciplined investing, and trusted relationships.
Philosophy
I believe financial advice should be built on trust, not transactions. Every client deserves honest counsel, objective recommendations, and a long-term perspective tailored to their unique goals and circumstances. My faith shapes the way I serve others, guiding me to pursue wisdom, act with integrity, and place their best interests first in every recommendation.

The following biblical principles have shaped my understanding of financial stewardship and continue to guide the advice I provide to clients.

• Avoid the Use of Debt (Proverbs 22:7)
• Build Margin (Proverbs 6:6–8)
• Set Long-Term Goals (Philippians 3:14)
• Give Generously (2 Corinthians 9:7)

The Story Behind Gramp’s Wealth Management
Gramp's Wealth Management is named in honor of my grandfather, Michael Richard "Gramp" Sepelyak, whose character and example continue to shape both my life and the way I serve others.
Gramp was the person I was closest to growing up. He retired from the United States Air Force, so when I told him I wanted to join the Marine Corps, he wasn't exactly thrilled. Although he had hoped I would choose the Air Force like he did, once I made the decision he became one of my biggest supporters—even proudly wearing a Marine Corps hat. Looking back, that unwavering support was one of the many ways he showed his love.
He had a generous heart. During high school, there were times when money was tight, and without me ever asking, he would quietly hand me $50 or $100 simply because he wanted to help. After he passed away while I was attending Marine Corps boot camp, I experienced similar moments when unexpected help arrived just when I needed it most. Over the years, I've come to recognize those moments as reminders of God's faithful provision and the importance of trusting Him while striving to be a wise steward of what He has entrusted to us.
Some of my favorite memories with Gramp were the simple ones. We spent countless hours on the golf course together, and he always hoped I would play golf in college—even though football was my passion. Whenever he bought a new set of clubs, he would pass his old clubs down to me. I still have the last set he gave me, and years later I discovered his name engraved on the bottom of the 3-wood. It remains one of my most treasured possessions.
He also loved fishing, especially the months he spent salmon fishing in California with my uncle. Every Christmas we put up lights together. Those moments taught me lessons about faithfulness, generosity, hard work, and investing in relationships. Those lessons have stayed with me far longer than any financial gift ever could. Those are the same values I strive to bring to every client relationship today.
Today, Gramp's Wealth Management exists to honor his legacy by serving others with the same integrity, generosity, and genuine care that he showed to everyone around him.
